Hydrinity has partnered with OAKS since spring of 2024, and our focus has been to support revenue growth by creating on-brand, targeted campaigns that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.

The challenges

→ Showing her the benefits of moving from Shopify to Klaviyo for a more comprehensive email strategy. 

→ Establishing automated email flows designed to capture and maximize revenue. → Developing on-brand email designs that resonate with the playful and fun essence of the Hello EM brand.

The solutions

→ We set up a series of automated flows tailored to Hello EM’s goals, ensuring she could capture revenue more effectively.

→ We implemented AB tests to fine-tune email performance and maximize engagement. 

→ We created several opt-in forms for the website to grow her email and SMS lists and increase customer retention. 

→ To ensure long-term success, we created training videos, so she felt confident managing her email campaigns moving forward.

The results

→ The welcome flow is generating more than $8 per recipient, which is incredible for this small brand!

→ The pop-up form submit rate has tripled and is now at a healthy 3.3%.
