Senita

Senita is an amazing athletic-wear brand focused on sisterhood, community, and wellness. They have an in-house marketing team that’s been executing the majority of their email marketing strategy, but during a busy season of business, they knew they needed some additional support.

We came in to create optimized email sequences for the following flows: browse abandonment, cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, review-request, price drop, back-in-stock, and low-in-stock.

The challenges

→ The Senita marketing team was overloaded with demands during a busy season, so their email sequence strategy fell by the wayside.

→ They needed essential sequences in place before a big collaboration collection launched (since they anticipated an increase in website traffic during this launch).

→ These sequences all require more technical attention (flow filters, triggers, time delays, discount codes, etc.) that they didn’t have time to strategize on their own.

The solutions

→ We started by providing a full account audit so they could get tangible advice and ideas on how to improve other areas of their Klaviyo account before the holiday season comes.

→ We created new footer designs for them to leverage in campaigns and flows.

→ We created on-brand and strategic emails for all the sequences in our project scope.

→ We implemented several AB tests for lucrative Abandoned Browse/Cart/Checkout flows to determine the best incentive to drive sales among their customer base.

The results

We just wrapped up this project in Q3 2024, so we don’t have a ton of data yet…but we do know that within the first 4 days of launch, these flows generated over $13k in revenue! We look forward to seeing how these new flows drive even more engagement and conversions as we head into the busiest season of the year in Q4 2024. Stay tuned for the results!
