Barimelts offers high-quality, melt-in-your-mouth vitamins specifically formulated for bariatric patients. With an emphasis on clean ingredients, ease of absorption, and long-term wellness, Barimelts has become a trusted name in post-surgery supplementation.

We began working with Barimelts in late 2024 with the goal of transforming their email channel from a simple newsletter model into a full-funnel strategy that nurtures, educates, and converts.

Lifecycle Flow Buildout

We started by setting up a comprehensive suite of email flows—from welcome and post-purchase to winback and replenishment—designed to provide customer touchpoints at key stages in their journey.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

After the foundational flows were live, we transitioned into managing ongoing campaigns. What was once a monthly newsletter is now a robust mix of blog roundups, product spotlights, promotions, and educational content.

The results

→ We’re seeing a 0.368% average campaign conversion rate—which is well above industry benchmarks.

→ Across all email marketing, emails are generating $0.15 revenue per recipient, more than 2x the industry average of $0.06.

Looking ahead, we’re focused on scaling segmentation, deepening personalization, and optimizing flows to further boost long-term retention and customer lifetime value.
